Meet Our Faculty

Allison Hale

Allison started her dance education at the age of five and danced competitively throughout high school, both regionally and nationally. After high school, Allison began teaching recreational and competitive classes at the Patricia Krus School of Dance. Her dancers competed regionally and nationally, winning entertainment and choreography awards over the next fifteen years.

In addition to her dance instruction experience, Allison has worked with dancers in the northeast Indiana area for over 20 years for area pageants, dance teams, and as a volunteer for fine arts camps. Allison enjoys growing her love of art and movement through dance by taking classes at conventions and participating in other classroom professional development annually.

Outside of the studio, Allison loves spending time with her husband, Preston, and three children (Ryan, Evelyn, and Meredith). She also works full time at an area preschool teaching art, music, and fitness. Allison is excited to be joining the Midwest Motion faculty team, as a tap and recreational program instructor, and is excited to continue to share her love of dance.

Angelina Possemato

Angelina began her formal dance training at the age of 8 under Karen Gibbons-Brown at Fort Wayne Ballet in her hometown of Fort Wayne, Indiana. Over the course of her training, Angelina attended several summer intensives at Alvin Ailey and Hubbard Street Dance Chicago, among others. By the age of 15, she began performing alongside Fort Wayne Ballet's professional company dancing in ballet classics such as The Nutcracker, Swan Lake, and Coppelia. Angelina has also danced in a number of contemporary works by nationally recognized choreographer David Ingram. Angelina danced with Common Conservatory, Chicago in 2019 working with Klockonian, Terry Marling, Alysia L. Johnson, Meredith Dincolo, Hannah Brictson, Joseph Hernandez and many others. When COVID hit, Angelina came back home and started focusing on painting. Angelina is now a full-time artist and teacher, sharing her love of creativity and movement! Angelina teaches ballet as a member of the Midwest Motion Studio of Dance faculty team.

Aurora Kulp

Aurora began her journey in gymnastics at 4 years old, and found her true passion when she transitioned to competitive dance at age 9. She quickly fell in love with it and has since trained and competed in many styles of dance with contemporary, jazz, and acrobatics being her favorites.

Aurora is a self-taught acrobat who enjoys hand balancing and also trains in aerial silks and Lyra hoops. From 2021 to 2023, Aurora danced with the Fort Wayne Mad Ants G League dance team, and she is currently a company dancer at the Fort Wayne Dance Collective. She is excited to share what she loves doing every day and inspire others through dance.

Aurora is an Acro and Contemporary instructor on the Midwest Motion Studio of Dance faculty team.

Sarha Huq

With a lifelong passion for performance, Sarha grew up training and competing in a variety of dance styles. She studied theater and dance performance at Western Michigan University for three years, gaining a strong foundation in both technique and stage presence.

As a former competitive dancer and experienced teacher, Sarha specializes in theater, jazz, technique, and conditioning, but enjoys all styles, filling in as needed and continuing to train and experience dance as a lifelong learner, as well.

Sarha looks forward to sharing her love of dance with every student! Her goal is to help everyone she trains to achieve the goals and future they envision for themselves. Sahra is a Jazz, Technique, and Broadway instructor on the Midwest Motion Studio of Dance faculty team.

Sierra Moss

Sierra has been immersed in the dance community—as both a performer and a dedicated dance mom— for over a decade. She danced throughout high school and has spent the last 6+ years supporting and learning alongside her daughter, a competitive dancer since age 4.

Over the past two years, Sierra has been training and transforming her own strength and fitness, which has sparked her passion to help others do the same. As trainer and group fitness instructor, she brings energy, passion, and purpose to every training session.

She is currently completing NASM Personal Trainer and Strength & Conditioning certifications, turning her lifelong love of movement into a career centered around empowering others. Whether she’s leading a high-energy dance cardio class or coaching athletes to build strength and confidence, Sierra’s goal is always to uplift, inspire, and help others become the strongest version of themselves.

She’s excited to bring her experience, heart, and hustle to this next chapter in the world of fitness, dance, and performance. Sierra is a Strength & Conditioning Coach and a Dance Cardio Fitness Instructor on the Midwest Motion Studio of Dance faculty team.

Nancy Lamothe

Nancy Lamothe has over 35 years of customer service experience and has been a dance mom for 12 amazing seasons. She is happy to be of assistance to the teachers, students and parents in whatever way she can be. Nancy has multiple other work-related experiences, but customer service has always been her main focus. Her love for dance started when her daughter, Lilly, started dancing. She loved watching her excel at what she loved to do, and then support, encourage and watch her compete for 9 seasons. Unfortunately, we lost our Lilly in January 2025 to a rare blood disease called Aplastic Anemia, and in memory of Nancy’s beautiful daughter, she will continue sharing her enthusiasm for dance at Midwest Motion Studio of Dance.  Nancy can’t wait to support, encourage, and cheer on all of the dancers, both young and old, who join Midwest Motion. To all the parents, Nancy will be available to assist you, encourage you, and cheer you on as you enjoy your dancer’s experience. Nancy looks forward to seeing and supporting our 2025 dancers and families in the studio as a front desk administrative Midwest Motion Studio of Dance team member.
