Who We Are
We offer a comprehensive dance program, including traditional dance styles, in an energetic and engaging, LA-inspired atmosphere. We bring West Coast dance styles and energy to the Midwest with an expansive, multi-stylistic class offering, emphasizing Hip-Hop, Jazz Funk, and Contemporary dance.

At Midwest Motion, our teachers are accomplished dancers and choreographers, and our Creative Director, Kelsey Kanatzar, is an industry professional. Kelsey brings her experience as a competitive and professional dancer and her industry connections to the development of an exciting and enriching class schedule, as well as additional intensives, workshops, and master classes.

​Whether you’re a youth or an adult, you’re just looking for a creative outlet and a fun way to get moving, or you’re interested in intensive training and a pathway to pursuing a career in dance and performing arts, we have the right classes and faculty for you. We offer recreational classes for youth and adults, as well as the opportunity to join our competitive dance company that receives intensive studio and convention training and competes in both local and non-local areas.
