Schedule and Pricing

BG.jpg

Company pricing includes all weekly classes and rehearsals, as scheduled, and including additional rehearsals and supplemental classes. Workshops, intensives, master classes, and conventions/competitions are also required at an additional cost.

Company dancers will participate in group pieces, and will have to the option to perform solos, duos, or trios. Group pieces are required and choreography prices will vary by choreographer. Solos, duos, and trios are not required, but for dancers wishing to perform these types of pieces, the creative director will assist in securing choreography that is well suited to each dancer’s stylistic preferences and budget.

Privates are available, optionally, as well. Midwest Motion staff members manage their own schedules and pricing for privates, so these can be arranged on an individual basis with the requested staff member.

Convention and Competition Schedule:

Company dancers will be required to attend three regional convention/competitions and two local dance competitions. Three additional regional conventions will be attended by MWM staff members, and your student is welcome to register and attend these conventions, as well as any others that you elect to attend independently.

If there is a broad interest in competing at a National Convention for one of the regional conventions we attend this season, this will be added as an optional event and logistics will be published for your consideration and optional registration.

We understand that competition and convention fees can be significant and that the time and travel commitment is substantial; therefore, the final convention/competition fee schedule for the season will be published no later than September 1 to allow for advance logistical and financial planning.
